Prop Firm Payout Friction - What's the real deal with their PSPs?

Been trading with a couple of the bigger prop firms lately, managed to hit targets consistently, and honestly, the trading experience itself is pretty standard. My concern, however, is on the payout side. It seems every firm, regardless of size, has a unique way of making it… less than smooth.

I'm talking about the actual process once you hit that payout threshold. The KYC/KYB seems to get re-triggered or re-verified every other withdrawal, or you hit some weird internal limit that wasn't mentioned upfront. Then there's the payment service provider (PSP) they route through. Some are decent, but others feel like they're actively trying to delay or shave a little more off the top with hidden fees or terrible FX rates if you're pulling in anything other than USD. It adds up, and it's a drag on the net profit. Are these firms intentionally choosing less efficient PSPs, or is this just the cost of doing business at scale? Anyone else constantly battling their prop firm's payout infrastructure? Looking for actual experiences, not just anecdotal complaints.
