KYB/Onboarding Friction with Prop Firms

Anyone else finding the Know Your Business (KYB) and onboarding process with some of these prop firms to be incredibly clunky? I've been trying to get set up with a couple recently and it feels like a total bottleneck, especially when they ask for documents that aren't standard or have very specific formatting requirements. It makes me wonder about their back-office efficiency and if that's a red flag regarding future payout processing reliability.
