Prop Firm Spreads and Execution Slippage on Majors

Anyone else noticing some concerning spread widening and slippage on prop firm accounts, especially during moderate volatility? I'm talking about $EURUSD and $GBPUSD moves that shouldn't be causing 2-3 pip discrepancies on entry/exit. Makes you wonder if their 'prime broker' access is more like 'discount bin broker' access when it actually matters.

Definitely seeing that too. It's almost like they optimize for low-volatility trading and the infrastructure struggles when things get a bit choppy. Makes me question their true liquidity providers.

It's a common complaint. Many prop firms seem to have their 'A-book' claims fall apart under any real market stress. Makes it tough to execute strategies that rely on tight spreads.
