Prop Firm Payout Friction: Is It Me Or Is It Them?

Alright, so I've been wrestling with a particular prop firm's payout process lately, and it's starting to feel like I'm trying to extract gold from a stone with a toothpick. The initial challenge was smooth enough, but now that it's time to actually get paid, the hoops are multiplying. Delays, opaque communication, and a general sense that they're doing me a favour by even considering my request. It makes you wonder if some firms deliberately make it difficult, hoping you'll just get tired and churn your account back into a challenge. Is this just the new normal, or have I picked a lemon?

This sounds like a common theme with some of the smaller prop firms. They're quick to take your challenge fees but seem to drag their feet when it comes to actual payouts. Have you looked into their Trustpilot reviews? Sometimes those can be quite telling.

Seems like a common enough complaint. Many firms make the entry easy, but the exit is where they recover some of their costs, or at least try to delay them. Always worth reading the fine print on payout terms before committing.
