Anyone else finding KYC/onboarding to be a major hurdle with newer prop firms?
It feels like some of these newer prop firms are really struggling with efficient KYC and onboarding processes, leading to frustrating delays before you can even get started.

It's not just the new ones; even some established firms are surprisingly inefficient. Always worth having your docs ready, but the wait times can be excessive.
