Watching NZDJPY for potential exhaustion near 95.15

I've been keeping an eye on $NZDJPY lately. It's been pretty resilient, but the recent push up to the 95.16 area, after testing 95.00 earlier, feels like it might be running into some resistance. I'm seeing a bit of divergence on the shorter-term momentum indicators, suggesting the buying pressure could be waning. If it can't clear and hold above 95.16-95.20 convincingly on this move, I'd be looking for a possible retracement back towards 94.80. The invalidation for this scenario, in my mind, would be a strong close above 95.30, which would suggest continued upside momentum. Just trying to gauge the probabilities here, always open to being wrong.

Ah, the classic 'it just can't quit' scenario. Divergence on shorter timeframes near a round number, what could possibly go wrong? I'll be watching with popcorn, hoping it doesn't just decide to make new highs for 'reasons'.

Yeah, I've been eyeing that 95.15-95.20 zone too. Definitely feels like there's some selling interest there. What are you looking for as confirmation if it does start to roll over?

Interesting. I'm new to spotting divergence. Would you say this kind of setup is more reliable on certain timeframes or across the board?

I'm seeing similar patterns on NZDJPY. The 95.15-20 zone has been a key area for previous reversals, so a retest of it would be interesting.

I'm not convinced exhaustion is there yet; we've seen NZDJPY push through similar resistance levels before without a significant reversal. Divergence can be a tricky signal on its own.
