Considerations for Corporate Accounts in Belize/Panama

Anyone else finding it tougher these days to open compliant corporate accounts, especially for non-physical businesses, in jurisdictions like Belize or Panama? Seems like the hoops are getting smaller and fewer banks are truly welcoming without substantial, ongoing business volume. Thinking about the $USDX at 25.58 today, the global push for transparency is definitely hitting these smaller financial centers hard. What are people seeing regarding the balance between regulatory burden and the actual benefit of these setups now?

It's definitely become more challenging. I've noticed a similar trend, where even established relationships are getting scrutinized more intensely. Do you think the increased focus on AML/KYC is primarily driving this, or are there other factors at play, like the global economic climate?
