Automated Sanctions Screening Solutions

Our current sanctions screening is due for an upgrade. We're looking at solutions that offer real-time screening against dynamic lists (OFAC, UN, EU, etc.) with minimal manual review. Any specific vendors known for high accuracy and low false positives?
