Kalshi - Onboarding friction and payout reliability experiences

Anyone else finding the onboarding process for new accounts on Kalshi a bit clunky, or is that just my experience? We went through a pretty standard KYB procedure, but the turnaround seemed slower than what I'm used to with other regulated platforms. Also, I'm curious about payout reliability for larger sums. Has anyone had significant withdrawals, say, five figures or more, and how smoothly did that process go? \n\nTrying to gauge if the infrastructure scales well when you're moving beyond small speculative plays. The spreads seem reasonable enough, but backend operational efficiency is often where the rubber meets the road.
