Lesson Learned: Not respecting the stop on $SPY options

Biggest mistake early on was moving a stop on $SPY puts that were already underwater. Instead of taking a small loss as planned, I held, convinced it would bounce, and ended up watching it go to zero, wiping out a significant chunk of my account at the time.
