Lesson Learned: The Cost of Chasing the Top

Hey everyone, just wanted to introduce myself and share a hard lesson from earlier this year. I'd been watching $BTC make some incredible runs and finally gave into the FOMO near its ATH. Instead of sticking to my usual entry criteria and risk management, I jumped in with a size I wasn't comfortable with, hoping to catch the last leg up. When it inevitably pulled back, I moved my stop several times, rationalizing the dip, only to watch a decent chunk of capital evaporate. It was a classic case of chasing price and abandoning discipline, and a costly reminder that patience and sticking to your plan are paramount.
