$USDTRY near recent highs – anyone seeing exhaustion?

Been watching $USDTRY flirt with the 46.84 area for a bit now. It seems like every time it approaches that level, the momentum just fizzles out, which makes me wonder if there's some serious supply waiting there. If it clears 46.85 and holds, then my whole read on it being tired is likely wrong, and we could see a leg higher.
