$ETHUSD - Testing the 1880-1890 region, potential breakout or reversal here?

Been watching $ETHUSD closely this week. It feels like we're consolidating around this 1880-1890 area, which has acted as both support and resistance previously. Today's high touched just under 1895, but we haven't seen a decisive push through yet. I'm wondering if this is another rejection point forming, or if a sustained break above 1895 could signal a move towards 1950 or higher.

The risk to that upside scenario, in my view, is a breakdown below 1850-1855. If we start closing daily candles under that level, especially if accompanied by increased volume, I'd lean towards a retest of the lower 1800s. Just trying to figure out which way this wants to lean here.
