Watching $ETHUSD Around 1880

Been keeping an eye on $ETHUSD today, and it feels like we're consolidating right around the 1880-1885 zone. We've seen a couple of probes higher towards 1900-1920 earlier, but they didn't really stick, which suggests some selling pressure up there. On the flip side, the dips haven't been aggressively bought back either, keeping us pretty much range-bound for the past few hours.

My take is that if we can hold this 1875-1880 level on any further retests, we might be building a base for another run at breaking through 1900. However, a sustained break below 1870, especially if accompanied by increased volume, would pretty much invalidate that idea for me and open up a path towards the low 1800s. It's a tricky spot, but definitely worth monitoring how the market reacts around these current levels.
