CAD/JPY strength, NFP implications

Watching $CADJPY break higher, now 115.519, touching the day's high end. This seems to be fueled partly by the stronger-than-expected Canadian jobs data earlier, suggesting the BoC might still have room for a hawkish tilt or at least maintain current levels longer. $NZDJPY also climbed, 94.885, though with slightly less conviction. With NFP coming up, I'm keeping an eye on how any USD strength might weigh on JPY crosses across the board, or if CAD's specific narrative allows it to sustain these gains even if the broader risk-on sentiment takes a hit. Positioning largely neutral on JPY pairs until after NFP, but $CADJPY is definitely on the watchlist for continuation if the narrative solidifies.
