CAD holding up better than I expected

The CAD strength today, even with oil taking a bit of a breather, has me scratching my head. $CAD 95.879 is pretty resilient given everything else that's swirling around. I'm wondering if some of the recent BoC hawkishness is still being priced in more than I anticipated, or if it's just a dead cat bounce before we see it give way. Keeping an eye on $USDCAD for a clearer signal, but not touching it just yet.
