Onboarding Friction with Smaller Prop Firms - Anyone Else Experiencing This?

Running into some persistent issues lately with the onboarding process for a few of the smaller, newer prop firms. We're talking extended KYB timelines that stretch for weeks, often with multiple requests for the same documentation, or new requirements popping up mid-process. It feels like they're still figuring out their compliance pipelines, which I get, but it's becoming a real bottleneck for rapid scaling and talent acquisition. Is anyone else seeing this, or have you found a way to streamline your internal processes to mitigate these delays when dealing with less established partners? Curious if there's a common thread here or if it's just bad luck on my end.

I've definitely noticed that too! Is it just with prop firms, or do you think it's a broader issue with any newer financial services trying to get their compliance in order?

I've noticed a similar trend with some of the newer entrants. It really highlights the difference between firms with established compliance departments and those still scaling up. Might be worth sticking to firms that have been around longer if time is a critical factor for your trading strategy.
