EM holding strong despite China data, interesting to watch

It's interesting to see $EEM at 66.68 today, holding onto its gains even with a bit of a wobble from China's industrial output overnight. Makes you wonder if the market is finally getting selective, or if everyone's just too busy looking for the next Fed pivot to care.

I'm wondering if the recent depreciation in the dollar is also playing a role, making EM assets more attractive regardless of individual country data.

Could be a bit of both. We've seen some resilience in certain EM sectors, suggesting some level of selective buying. However, the broader macro narrative definitely still drives a lot of the capital flow.
