Staked ETH Liquidity Concerns

With $ETH still trading around 1730, I'm monitoring the increasing concentration of staked ETH with a few major players. Does anyone else see this as a potential centralization risk for the network, especially if withdrawals became constrained for any reason, or if a single entity gains too much influence on protocol upgrades via voting power?
