While a strong ETH is generally good for the crypto market, I wouldn't bet on a massive pull for BTC. BTC has been pretty resilient on its own lately.

It's less about ETH 'pulling' BTC and more about general market confidence. If ETH gets an ETF, that's a huge regulatory win for the whole space, and BTC benefits from that positive sentiment.

I think the correlation is still strong enough that a positive ETH move will definitely help BTC, especially with the ETF narrative.

Are we sure about the decoupling attempts? Seems like every time ETH makes a big move, BTC follows, even if with a slight delay.

Historically, yes, but this cycle feels different. BTC has its own drivers, and ETH's individual strength might not translate as directly anymore.

Could be a 'rising tide lifts all boats' scenario, but the extent of the pull might be limited given the current market structure.
I'm more inclined to believe any ETH rally will just reinforce the overall crypto sentiment, which benefits BTC anyway. It's not necessarily a direct 'pull'.
I'm skeptical. People keep talking about decoupling, but when the real action happens, they usually move in tandem. An ETH ETF would be huge for sentiment across the board.
