Anyone else still wrestling with KYB on the prop firm side?

It's 2024, and I'm still feeling like I'm sending my life story to a black hole every time I try to onboard with a new prop firm, especially those with an international footprint. You'd think with all the tech, this would be a smoother process by now. It's not just the sheer volume of docs, but the constant back-and-forth, the obscure 'we need this specific utility bill from 3 months ago' requests. I get the regulatory burden, completely, but the asymmetry between the slick marketing and the glacial, document-heavy KYB process is just… something else. It feels like they're actively trying to vet out anyone who isn't a digital native or who's moved cities in the last year. Anyone found a firm that's actually streamlined this effectively without compromising on compliance? Or are we all just resigned to the paper chase?

Definitely resonate with the KYB struggles. It feels like some firms are stuck in the past with their document requirements and verification methods. Have you noticed any particular regions or firm types being worse than others?
