Onboarding speed with new institutional liquidity providers

Anyone else noticing significantly longer KYB lead times lately when trying to onboard new institutional LPs for higher-tier $EURUSD liquidity? Seems to be more stringent checks delaying setup.

It's almost as if 'know your business' means 'we'd like to know every single thing about your business, your cat's business, and the business your cat does on the litter box, before we even consider letting you trade.' The hoops are getting higher.

That's interesting. I'm just starting to look at institutional liquidity myself, and this is good to know. Is it specific to certain types of providers or seems to be a general trend across the board?
