Scaling out of positions — how do you manage the mental game?
Still getting my head around scaling out of positions, especially when a trade is running. I try to follow my plan, but sometimes I second-guess taking partial profits, worrying I'm leaving too much on the table or closing too early. For those of you who scale out consistently, how do you handle the psychological aspect and stick to your rules?
This is exactly what I struggle with! It's tough to balance securing profits against the fear of missing out on more upside. Do you ever find yourself adjusting your initial scaling plan mid-trade, or do you try to stick to it rigidly?
