Beginner question on managing drawdowns on first few trades

Hey everyone, long-time lurker, first-time poster. I've been paper trading for about six months and just started live with a small account a couple of weeks ago. I'm focusing on $EURUSD and trying to be disciplined with my stops and taking profits at reasonable levels, but I've hit a small drawdown fairly quickly – nothing account-threatening, but enough to make me hesitate on my next entry.

My question is, for those of you who have been through this early stage, how did you mentally manage those initial drawdowns? Did you scale back even further, review your strategy more intensely, or just stick to your plan assuming it's part of the learning curve? I'm trying to avoid letting it affect my judgment.
