AVAX's 'innovation' feels overblown given the price action today

Watching $AVAX today, down to 6.12 after holding 6.53 earlier, and I'm left wondering if the underlying technology narrative is simply not translating into market demand right now. There's so much talk about its scaling solutions and subnet architecture, yet the price seems to react to broader market sentiment more than any specific protocol advancements. It's a constant battle between what the tech can do and what the market cares about, and today feels like a clear win for the latter.

Am I missing something fundamental here, or is the 'innovation' angle just overhyped in the current environment? Would be interested to hear other takes.

I think that's a fair observation. While the tech might be impressive on paper, market sentiment and macro factors often overshadow specific protocol developments, especially in a risk-off environment. It's a reminder that good tech doesn't always guarantee immediate price action.
