Comparing ETH/BTC ratio

The $ETH/$BTC ratio has been trading in a relatively tight range. Historically, a strong breakout in this ratio often signals an altcoin season. Are we seeing any early signs of this, or is it too early to call? I'm watching the 0.065 level closely.
