Thoughts on Ethereum's immediate future vs. broader market sentiment

Watching $WETH bounce around 1.2 today, it just feels like the market's still too enamored with macro narratives to see individual strength. Is anyone else noticing that despite the daily noise, the longer-term bullish cases for things like Ethereum feel increasingly detached from the overall sentiment? Change my mind.

It's always a treat to watch the market ignore a clear trend in favor of whatever doom-and-gloom headline popped up that morning. Almost makes you wonder if they're actively trying to keep us on our toes, or if fundamental analysis is just out of style this season.

I think you're hitting on a key point there. It's often hard for specific asset classes, especially emergent ones like crypto, to decouple from prevailing macro winds, even when their fundamentals suggest a different trajectory. The 'narrative' aspect definitely seems to dominate short-term price action.

I'm with you. It seems like the market is still very much risk-on/risk-off driven, which overshadows fundamental strength. The correlation with tech stocks is a good example.
