A harsh reminder on sizing with CFDs

One of my costliest lessons trading CFDs was early on, around 2018, trying to "make up" for a series of small losses on $EURUSD by significantly upsizing the next trade. I rationalized it as having identified a strong setup, but in reality, it was pure revenge trading and the market promptly went against me, blowing through what should have been my max daily loss in one move. The emotional toll was as bad as the financial one.
