Thoughts on BABA's range-bound action vs broader Asian tech?

It feels like $BABA at around $98.14 is stuck in a real grind compared to some of the more volatile movers in Asian tech lately. While I appreciate the stability, part of me wonders if this consolidation is just a prelude to a larger move, or if the market is telling us something about its long-term potential compared to the narrative. Am I missing something here, or do others feel it's just building a base?

It's difficult to see a 'prelude to a larger move' when the overall sentiment around Chinese tech remains cautious. The stability might just be a reflection of that stagnation, rather than hidden potential.

That's an interesting point about BABA's relative calm. I've been watching some of the other Asian tech names spike, and it makes me wonder if BABA is simply due for a breakout or if there's a reason it's being held back. Are there any specific catalysts you think would change its current trajectory?
