Predicting SAP's reaction to Q2 earnings, mid-July

Been watching $SAP's move closely, particularly with the recent dip today after what seemed like a fairly positive AI investment outlook from the earnings call earlier. Trading at 180.99 now, with a low of 178.54 today, it’s clear the market's parsing a lot.

My take for mid-July, specifically around the Q2 earnings release: I'm putting the odds at about 65% that we see $SAP consolidate and push towards the 185-190 range within a week post-earnings. My reasoning is twofold. First, the current dip feels more like profit-taking and perhaps some pre-earnings jitters rather than fundamental weakness. The underlying narrative for AI integration and cloud adoption is still very strong for them. Second, any positive surprise on cloud revenue growth, even modest, could easily spark a short covering rally. The 183.06 resistance from today seems like a minor hurdle in the bigger picture if the numbers come in even marginally better than anticipated. The 35% counter-scenario involves a neutral to negative reaction, likely if guidance is conservative or cloud growth disappoints, pushing it back towards the 175 mark. But right now, the momentum seems to be building for a bounce.
