Predicting the next move for $TOP by month-end

Been watching $TOP with interest lately, especially with the recent volatility and the jump to 11.13. My gut feeling is we're likely to see it testing the 12.00-12.50 range by the end of next month, perhaps sooner if we get a strong news catalyst. I'd put the odds somewhere around 60/40 in favor of that upward move. The reasoning isn't just wishful thinking; looking at the daily chart, the resistance around 11.50 seems to be weakening with these higher lows, and there’s a clear volume pickup on positive days. If it breaks decisively above 11.50 and holds, the path to 12.00-12.50 looks pretty clear. Of course, a market-wide correction or unexpected negative news from a competitor could easily throw a wrench in that, so it's not a done deal, but that's my current lean.
