It feels like the goalposts for ultimate beneficial ownership and source of wealth are shifting quarterly, making multi-jurisdiction KYC/KYB a real headache. Seems like every regulator has their own flavor of 'enhanced due diligence' these days.

    It's less about shifting goalposts and more about regulators slowly closing historical loopholes. The push for UBO transparency was always going to converge this way, even if the implementation is a bit of a mess.
