On-chain metrics and conviction vs. price action
Been diving deep into on-chain data for $BTC lately — things like SOPR, MVRV, exchange flows. I feel like I'm getting a handle on the narratives they paint for market cycles. The issue is translating that long-term conviction into tactical entries or exits when the day-to-day price action is just chop or outright contradicts what the on-chain data suggests should be happening next. How do you seasoned guys balance the longer-term signals from on-chain with the immediate, often noisy, price movements? Do you just block out the noise and hold, or are there specific ways you filter the tactical price action through your on-chain lens?
