On-chain metrics and short-term volatility - how do you interpret?

I'm still wrapping my head around on-chain data, especially how it relates to shorter timeframes for $BTC. I see the big movements in, say, SOPR or MVRV, and understand the general sentiment they reflect. But when price is bouncing around within a 5-10% range, often influenced by macro news or just general market chop, I find it hard to reconcile these 'fundamental' on-chain signals with the day-to-day noise. Are you guys just ignoring on-chain on anything less than a weekly candle, or am I missing some nuance in how to apply it to more immediate price action?
