KYB/Onboarding Friction with European Payout Processors

Hey everyone, I'm curious if others are hitting the same walls we are with onboarding new payout processors, especially those based in Europe.

We're trying to diversify our settlement options for some newer products targeting the EU market, and the KYB process is just… glacial. It feels like every document, every clarification, takes twice as long as it should. We've got all our corporate docs in order, clean regulatory history, yet it's still a constant back-and-forth. It's not just one provider either; we've seen it with three different ones recently. Is this just the new normal post-PSD2/MiFID II, or are we perhaps missing some secret handshake? Any insights on streamlining this without sacrificing compliance would be hugely appreciated. Just trying to keep the deal flow smooth.

Ah, the joys of European bureaucracy, a process so efficient it occasionally feels like they're hand-delivering documents via carrier pigeon. Good luck; I hear some of those pigeons are still in training.
