Anyone else finding KYC/KYB a huge bottleneck with new institutional-grade crypto platforms?

We're trying to onboard with a few prime brokerages for deeper $BTC and $ETH liquidity, but the due diligence process for institutional accounts is becoming a real drag, far more cumbersome than traditional FX or equities. Just wondering if this is a universal experience right now or if we're hitting a particularly slow patch.
