Anyone else hitting a wall with payment processor KYC lately?

It feels like every other PSP is suddenly demanding blood samples and first-born children for basic onboarding, even for established entities. The time sinks are becoming absurd, pushing out go-live dates significantly.

Absolutely. It's not just new entities either; even established businesses are facing heightened scrutiny and prolonged verification times. It's making operational agility a real challenge.

I'm new to this side of things, so I haven't experienced it directly yet, but I've been reading about how strict KYC is getting everywhere. Is it a particular type of business that seems to be getting more scrutiny, or is it pretty across the board?
