Curious if others are seeing significant, persistent friction in KYB processes when trying to onboard PSPs based in or primarily serving emerging markets. The documentation requests can be exhaustive and often seem redundant across different providers, slowing down market entry significantly.

    It's almost as if some of these KYB processes were designed by someone who's never actually met a small business in an emerging market, let alone tried to onboard one. Redundancy is the new efficiency, apparently.
