After today's move down, $EURUSD is hovering around 1.14202. Is the 1.1400 psychological level going to provide strong support, or are we looking at a break below it if the dollar strength continues?
1.1400 is definitely a key level. I'd be watching for a bounce there, but if we break it cleanly, then the next leg down could be significant.
I'm not so sure about 1.1400 holding. The dollar strength looks pretty entrenched right now, and the euro doesn't have much going for it fundamentally.
Could be a liquidity grab around 1.1400 before a move higher. I'm keeping an eye on the DXY for any signs of a pullback there.
