Scaling up/down risk on $EURUSD after consecutive wins/losses

Hey everyone, still relatively new to consistent profitability and finding my feet with risk management. I've read a lot about keeping risk consistent per trade, say 1%, but I'm also seeing discussions about scaling risk up or down based on recent performance. For example, reducing risk after a few losses to protect capital, or slightly increasing it after wins. I'm trading $EURUSD mostly. How do you guys manage this in practice? Do you adjust your percentage per trade dynamically, or is it better to just stick to a fixed percentage regardless of the win/loss streak?
