We're a small, but growing, fintech, and the KYB process with potential payment service providers is proving to be a significant bottleneck. The documentation requirements are often overwhelming and turnaround times are inconsistent. It feels like a 'one size fits all' approach is being applied, regardless of our relatively low-risk profile. Has anyone found a PSP that offers a more streamlined, perhaps modular, onboarding experience without sacrificing compliance standards?

    It's a common complaint. Many smaller fintechs end up using an intermediary to handle some of that initial KYB, as the direct approach with larger PSPs often leads to exactly what you're describing. Have you explored any embedded finance platforms?
