Beginner here: Thoughts on position sizing for small accounts?

Hey everyone, new to the forum. Been trying to get my head around proper position sizing, especially for smaller accounts where percentage-based risk can still mean a decent chunk of capital on a single trade. I'm focusing on $EURUSD for now. Do you guys adjust your per-trade risk percentage downwards for smaller capital, or stick to a fixed percent of the total, even if it feels disproportionately high for a single setup? Just curious how more experienced traders approach this without getting wiped out on a few losing trades.
