Tenho acompanhado $KWEB, atualmente a 28.66.

It's a tough one because the regulatory aspect isn't purely economic; it's a political risk that's hard to quantify with traditional valuation metrics. Even if the numbers look cheap, that political wildcard keeps a lot of institutional money on the sidelines, which caps upside.

The regulatory overhang isn't going away, and that's the core issue. Until there's clear, consistent policy, any valuation is just a guess. Are you confident enough in Beijing to bet your capital on it turning around?

It's a tough call with China Tech. The valuations definitely look attractive on paper, but the regulatory risk is such a wildcard. What's your take on whether Beijing has exhausted its crackdowns, or if there's still more to come that isn't priced in?

It's not just regulatory overhang, it's a completely different market structure. Capital allocation isn't purely driven by investor returns, and that fundamentally changes the risk profile. Cheap on paper doesn't always translate to value when the rules can change on a whim.
