I'm watching that 66.50 level closely as well. The volume on today's bounce wasn't overwhelming, so a sustained move higher would need to see more conviction come in to hold those gains.
Yeah, I've been watching EEM too. That 66 area does look like it's holding, but I'm with you on the 66.50 test. If it can't clear that, it might just be a dead cat bounce.
