Thoughts on EEM's recent bounce

Watching $EEM today, the bounce off the low 66s is interesting, especially after testing that 66.00 area multiple times recently. It feels like there's some underlying support firming up there, but the real test will be if it can sustain momentum above 66.50 and push towards 67.00. A break and close below 65.90 would pretty much invalidate that short-term support scenario for me and suggest we're looking at lower levels.
