Definitely feeling that. I've been sizing down slightly and focusing on shorter timeframes to avoid getting chopped up too much, but it's a constant battle to not miss out on bigger swings when they do happen.

Absolutely, it's a real challenge. I've started using a smaller base size and then only scaling up a tiny bit on confirmed breakouts, even if those breakouts fail often. It helps manage the whiplash.
