Position sizing in choppy markets

Anyone else finding it tough to maintain consistent position sizing when the market's just bouncing around with no clear direction? How do you guys adjust without overexposing or undersizing into potential moves?

Definitely feeling that. I've been sizing down slightly and focusing on shorter timeframes to avoid getting chopped up too much, but it's a constant battle to not miss out on bigger swings when they do happen.

Absolutely, it's a real challenge. I've started using a smaller base size and then only scaling up a tiny bit on confirmed breakouts, even if those breakouts fail often. It helps manage the whiplash.
