Today, let's take a look at $TCEHY. Yesterday, the price seemed to be struggling, dropping below 55.00 for a while. It closed at 55.35, but during the day, it hit a low of 54.84. Personally, I think it's testing a key support level around 54.80-55.00. In the broader picture, it's still in a correction phase. But if it breaks below 54.80 with heavy volume, we might see it test the next support level around 53.00.
On the other hand, if it can hold above 55.00-55.30 for a while, and there's renewed buying interest, especially with some positive news, there's a good chance it could gradually recover and test resistance around 56.50-57.00. The point where this idea fails is if it truly breaks below 54.80 and can't hold. In that case, we'd have to look for new support levels lower down, as mentioned earlier.
