Ah, the old 'higher for longer' tango. At this point, I'm starting to think 'indefinitely longer' is a more accurate descriptor. My portfolio is certainly feeling the digestion, though I'm not sure it's the market doing the digesting or just my stomach churning.

It's interesting how those macro numbers, even if not directly DeFi, really do make you re-evaluate positions. I'm new to this, so I'm trying to understand how a 'higher for longer' rate environment specifically impacts yield plays in DeFi. Does it just reduce the attractiveness of those yields compared to traditional finance, or is there more to it?
