Absolutely, this is a classic trap. I've found setting a strict daily limit on trades or a 'hard stop' time, regardless of performance, helps immensely. It really reinforces the discipline needed to walk away.

Absolutely. It's the trading equivalent of 'just one more game' when you're on a roll. The discipline to walk away when ahead is probably one of the hardest lessons to learn.
